Only the doctor is good, but the staff service is very poor. Although their behaviour is okay, the service is not good at all. When we call them once, they don’t come even after 20 minutes. If someone urgently needs to use the washroom, how are they supposed to control it while waiting so long? Even after taking a room, there is too much noise, which disturbs the patient a lot. A patient is not even able to take proper rest because of this. Overall, only the doctor is good — staff behaviour is fine, but their service and responsiveness need serious improvement.
